Bad links on the "sub forums"

I am a new Savage owner (2000 model) and found this forum. I was trying to access the "sub forums" that appear on the top to get quick references on exhausts rather then have to search all the way through all the tons of posts. The sub forum opens and has related links but when you click on them they take you to a totally unrelated post.

This forum also takes forever to post. Has anyone ever thought of trying one of the other forum posting sites, such as http://www.outdoorwire.com/cgi-bin/Ultimate.cgi
It uses a MUCH better format.
